1 General Provisions

tck66 is an online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of using the tck66 platform and form a legally binding agreement between the user and tck66.

These Terms are written in Bengali. The Bengali version shall be considered final for any matters of interpretation. All tck66 services, games, bonuses and promotional activities are governed by these Terms. Specific games or promotions published on the platform may have their own additional rules, but these general Terms shall still apply in such cases.

• You must be of full mental capacity and capable of making independent decisions.
• You may not operate more than one account on tck66 at the same time.

3 Account Registration

To open an account on the tck66 platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing any false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

tck66 may request to verify your identity at any time. Deposits, withdrawals or certain account features may be restricted until the verification process is complete. Required documents may include:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)

3.2 One Person One Account

Each person may operate only one tck66 account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, family, device, IP address or payment account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your tck66 account username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• Avoid logging in on someone else's device or a public computer.

• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify tck66 support immediately.

tck66 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused entirely by tck66's own fault.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are currently supported on the tck66 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and direct bank transfer.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name for deposits.
• Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Additional time may be required during the withdrawal request review process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable).
• tck66 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tck66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A wagering requirement of 10x applies to this bonus. This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus must be claimed within its designated validity period.
• If the wagering required to unlock the bonus is not completed, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• The same person may not use bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or bet types.
• tck66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is attempted, the account will be closed.

7 Betting Rules

All bets on the tck66 platform are governed by these Terms and the specific rules of each game. If a technical error occurs in determining results, tck66 reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.

• No bet will be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• Cancelling a bet after it has been confirmed is generally not possible.
• If a bet is interrupted due to a technical issue, that bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, tck66's specific policy will apply.
• Unusual betting patterns are monitored by tck66's surveillance system.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tck66 platform and breaching these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Any activity related to illegal payments or money laundering.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation or system exploitation.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to operate games or betting.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on tck66's software or systems.
• Following arbitrage betting strategies with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Operating an account on behalf of others or using other people's funds.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving abusively toward tck66 staff.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 At tck66's Discretion

tck66 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• Request from a law enforcement agency.
• Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).

9.2 At the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed (subject to conditions being met).

10 Limitation of Liability

tck66 will not be liable in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages or device-related problems.
• Failure of third-party software or payment gateways.
• Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or unauthorized third-party access.

If an incorrect credit occurs due to any technical error, tck66 reserves the right to correct that excess amount and any bets placed using those funds will be considered void.
